Cancellation Policy for Registration and Accommodation
- Accommodation payments will be refunded as one night if a written cancellation is received by Topkon Congress and Event Services before 1st of February 2026.
- Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received on and after 1st of February 2026. No shows will be applied.
- All refunds will be made after the congress.
